What this site is

GetBizDocs makes the routine documents a small business needs: pay stubs, contractor earnings statements, payroll templates, and soon invoices and expense reports. Every tool runs in your browser, produces a clean PDF with no watermark, and asks for no account.

Who makes it

The site is built and maintained by Humza, a web developer who has built payroll and document tools for small businesses since the PHP and TCPDF days. It is a sister site to a set of personal finance calculators that share the same tax engine. No accounting, tax or legal credentials are claimed. The site documents and calculates; it does not advise.

How the numbers stay right

Tax figures come from versioned data files that name the official source and the date it was checked. The methodology page lists every source. Data is updated each January when the IRS and states publish new tables, and the tax year is printed on every generated document.

How the site makes money

The tools are free. The site earns from display advertising, and in future from optional convenience features and from affiliate links in software comparison articles, which are marked as such. Advertisers and affiliates have no influence over the tax calculations or the editorial content.

Legitimate use

Pay stub generators are sometimes misused to fake proof of income. Our tools are for accurate records of real payments only, and our acceptable use policy says so plainly.
